Visit to the Umuda Koşanlar Association

Our President Halis Kuralay and Ayşe Kuralay visited the Umuda Koşanlar Association to discuss cooperation in delivering Braille Quran services in the regions where the association works.
Our President Halis Kuralay and his wife Ayşe Kuralay visited the Umuda Koşanlar Association. During the meeting, information was shared about the establishment of the Union and its activities so far.
The parties discussed possible cooperation in delivering Braille Quran services to visually impaired Muslims in the regions where the association operates, and exchanged views on developing joint projects.

Our Work in Africa Deepens: Visit to Gambia
IBQS President Halis Kuralay was in Banjul, the capital of Gambia, on 17–24 January 2026. He attended a meeting of foundations providing religious services in 25 African countries, presented Braille Qurans and Elif primers to the GOVI school for the blind, and guided the founding of a Gambian association to join the Union.

On 4–11 September 2025 IBQS President Halis Kuralay met organizations such as Islamic Relief, the British Columbia Muslim Association and the Muslim Association of Canada in Vancouver, met student groups at the University of British Columbia and gave an interview to the Al-Ameen newspaper.
